 
                            Building a temporary horse tram stable could bolster the Isle of Man's tourism offering.
That's the opinion of the Infrastructure Minister who says spending £200,000 on the former Summerland site will encourage tourists.
A planning application for a tram shed, stables and parking was submitted at the start of the month - it's currently pending consideration.
It's believed the new build would be required for five years until a decision is made on the future of the horse tram service - Ray Harmer says it will provide scope to bring in more revenue:
