Moving horse trams could cost £4 million

Relocating the Douglas Horse Trams could cost up to £4 million.

The Department of Infrastructure says the figure hasn't been finalised - something Onchan MHK David Quirk is keen to clarify:

The department says the cost will be the same regardless of whether the tram tracks are moved to the side of the road or onto the seaward walkway.

Minister Phil Gawne says as long at the horse trams are kept he isn't bothered where they go:
