Minister tells producers supermarket presence is "two-sided"

Efforts to increase the amount of money the Island's food and drink industry generates have to be "two-sided". 

That's according to the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture which has appointed a new food business development manager. 
 
Ex- Tesco employee Andrew Lees will help deliver the Food Matters Strategy - however Minster Richard Ronan says that doesn't give us an automatic buy in to the retailer:
 
 
Concerns have been raised in the past about the lack of Manx produce available on many supermarket shelves - Mr Ronan says the industry itself has to help change that:
