MHK queries government spending on IT

Why is government spending millions of pounds on new technology?

That's the question South Douglas MHK Kate Beecroft wants the Policy and Reform Minister to answer over Tynwald's summer recess.

She's looking for a breakdown of almost £10 million spent on systems and infrastructure in 2012/13.
