MHK finds adult care review plans 'confusing'

Are adult social care service reviews being managed effectively?

That's the question a Douglas South MHK has asked following her query as to whether or not it's an area included as part of the West Midland Quality Review process.

The Department of Health and Social Care says it doesn't fall within the arrangements but is subject to inspection under the Regulation of Care Act.

An inspection framework is currently under development for that purpose - Kate Beecroft explains why she believes that's confusing:
