A Kirk Michael man has appeared in court after being accused of causing serious bodily harm to another road user.
47-year-old Sean Richard Whear, of Kerro Cruin, appeared at Douglas Courthouse last week.
He's accused of driving without consideration in Kirk Michael on October 9th last year as well has having two defective tyres.
A five-week adjournment was requested whilst expert reports are sought - he was bailed and will next appear in court on March 23rd.
