A dangerous and prolific offender - that's how police have described a rapist who's been jailed for 18 years.
Today 46-year-old William Henry Kelly, formerly of Peel, was found guilty by a jury of carrying out 10 rapes and six assaults between 2013 and 2016.
Kelly initiated relationships with his three victims, described in court as "vulnerable", during this time before manipulating, assaulting and raping them:
