Hillberry road resurfacing to take place today

Emergency work has been undertaken to repair a small area of the TT course.

The issue was flagged up on a stretch of highway near Hillberry by the TT course inspection team.

Their concerns centred on a small dip which could have proven problematic to TT riders travelling at unaturally high speeds.

The Minister has described it as embarrassing to the Department after works on the area had only recently been completed:
