That's according to the new Policy and Reform Minister - last week we asked him when people would start to see much talked about change:
Chris Thomas said the Chief Minister should be congratulated on his new CoMIN and his emphasis on inclusivity - saying the new ministers represented reform.
He says we need to concentrate on policy making rather than 'reform for the sake of reform':
