Chrystals Estate Agents is advertising part of Glen Mooar between Peel and Kirk Michael as part of a parcel of land for sale by tender.
Four acres of the northeastern side of the glen are for sale, along with 15 acres of agricultural land alongside it.
Tenders for the land at Ballagawne have to be submitted by March 28.
