Ex-Reform Minister says change must come from the people

Reform has to come from the voice of the people.

That's the message from East Douglas MHK Chris Robertshaw who's gone public with his views on why and how government needs to change.

He says it's still too big and too siloed and many people, including those working within it, are becoming exasperated:

Mr Robertshaw says he believes it's up to people to start pushing for change - although admits his thoughts may carry more weight if he hadn't stepped down from the ministerial position:
