Public servants need protection from Tynwald Members who incite bullying and harassment:

That's the Home Affairs Minister who pushed for a new code of conduct to be approved this week.

The first Standards and Members' Interests Committee report prompted a number of recommendations on behavioural expectations of MHKs and MLCs.
