Chief Minister defends new NI proposals

People who carry on working past retirement age should continue to pay National Insurance.

That's according to the Chief Minister - possible changes to the current arrangement have gone out to public consultation. 
 
As it stands the necessity to make the NI payment ends when you retire regardless of your employment situation.
