Welsh Assembly considering IOM air link

The Isle of Man is one of the destinations being considered as the Welsh Assembly considers expanding an air route.

First Minister Carwyn Jones says funding for the Cardiff to Anglesey route will continue after the service was reviewed.

But that study - carried out in the wake of former operator Citywing's collapse - also recommended giving more cash to expand the route to a third destination.

Ronaldsway Airport is being considered alongside Manchester and airports in West Wales.
