Government is working on a plan to repatriate Manx residents back to the Island.
The Chief Minister made the announcement in this morning's Tynwald sitting - which is being held remotely for the first time.
Mr Quayle said plans are being made - further details will be confirmed on Monday.
He told the court he ha to balance the needs of those stranded abroad with the safety of local people.
