A local nurse has produced a 'mental health resource pack' to help people struggling during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Helen Holder took to social media to see if there was a need for the service and was inundated with more than 500 requests.
She's producing paper copies of the pack for those who don't have internet and is asking any local companies if they could help with printing copies.
The pack includes anxiety management, self care, compassion, re-framing thoughts, tolerating uncertainty, coping skills and reliable websites.
Now, the resource packs are finished and will be sent out this week - if interested you can email 2020togetherinthis@gmail.com, as the pack can also be emailed out.
