Langness Inquiry Report Delayed Until End of February

Langness Inquiry Report Delayed Until End of February
There's been a further delay in the Langness Inquiry Report which closed in October.
It was originally thought that the Department of Transport would be in a position to make a statement in the February Sitting of Tynwald about the outcome of the report which centres around the Langness right of way dispute between TV personality Jeremy Clarkson, and activist group PROWL.
As yet however the report has not been received back from the Inspector.
It's thought the Inspector has encountered some difficulties with particular complex parts of the inquiry with it proving a lot more complicated than anticipated at the outset.
